Hi, I'm Myriam
The person behind Sweet Smiles Design is Myriam. A Belgian mum with dreams who thinks - or at least tries to think - in possibilities instead of difficulties. I'd love to explore my limits by learning new things and setting goals. A bit impulsive, yet very determined (sounds a lot better than stubborn :D) I go my own way through life and welcome every surprise the future has in store for me.
I work as an administrative assistant in a non-profit youth care organization by day. However, by night I like to play with paper, hooks and yarns. I love to make gifts, personalized cards and crochet little amigurumi plushies. 'Amigurumi' is a Japanese word which describes small crocheted stuffed toys, often in the shape of animals with an oversized head, objects or food.

Together with my boyfriend and baby girl (°2023) I live in a scandi stylish home between forest and meadow. Besides being creative I love to read all kinds of books, from chick lit to fantasy or thrillers. I also enjoy yummy food, cycling, making long walks or go for a run in the forest and spending time with friends & family.
